If you don't own a dog, at least one, there is not necessarily anything wrong with you, but there may be something wrong with your life - Roger Caras
Hunter (1474)

What do you get when you cross a basset and beagle? You get a Hunter! Meet Hunter SBR’s newest bagel. This eight year old made his way to us through several previous homes. He is now at his foster home and loves his humans. Hunter gets along well with other dogs but doesn’t really like to share his toys. He likes sleeping on the couch or dog bed and is completely housebroken. Not only has he mastered the dog door, he’ll let you know when he has to go out too. He loves being outside to chase and sniff out squirrels. He always has his nose in the grass sniffing out something. He loves going for walks and does pretty well on a leash. He is gentle when taking treats from you and loves giving kisses. He was attacked by other dogs at some time and sports a nasty scar on his front left leg. Although it does limit his range of motion, he doesn’t let it stop him. Other than needing to lose a few pounds, who of us doesn’t need to, Hunter is ready for his furever home. The vet recommends a daily dose of glucosamine to help with those joints. If you’re ready for add Hunter to your family, fill out your application and schedule your meet and greet today.
