If you don't own a dog, at least one, there is not necessarily anything wrong with you, but there may be something wrong with your life - Roger Caras
Dixie (1583)

Sweet Dixie ~ this adorable gal is just 16 years young! When she arrived at her forever foster home, she needed antibiotics, teeth pulled, cosmetic care & lots of TLC. Of course, she received all those things. Dixie is deaf & her eye sight is so-so but the nose still works fine She is settled in and always shows her wonderful personality. She is the most good natured of her foster families 4 hounds and truly hasn’t got a bad bone in her body. She can still get up and down the stairs to wake her foster mom up at 6am exactly in the morning. She loves walking her human brother to school most mornings and greets everyone she meets. Dixie gets giddy and skips along when she gets to go to the dog beach. Dixie lets her family know what she wants with her loud woofs & expressive stares. She is a wonderful old girl who has had a great year thanks to her foster family and the medical care she has received. Your support of Dixie will ensure that she continues to receive the medical care she may need in the future.
