Hello, my name is Lucy, and I am 12 years young. I may not respond to you if you call my name. Please don't take offense to this as I am about 90% deaf. My foster dad says it can actually be a benefit when I am sleeping, and the other doggies start barking. My foster dad calls me a tiny basset, if that's actually a thing. I weigh in at only 25 pounds and I love to snuggle. I had my tail amputated due to a large cancerous growth that was right at the base. Thank goodness the doctor said he got all the cancer. I also have issues with my skin being really, really itchy, and sometimes my ears bother me too.
