Rocky is a very special 9-year-old who was surrendered by his dad because of a serious back injury requiring neurosurgery which he could not afford.  Rocky had limited use of rear legs.

SBR took on the challenge of helping Rocky and coordinated his treatments immediately.  The back surgery was successful.
