Snickers is a 12-year-old, very good-looking basset with an Elvis lip, a curved tail, and a developing personality.  Unfortunately, Snickers came from a bad situation and is very fearful of strangers.  At times, mere eye contact can scare him.  His foster family is sensitive to his anxieties and has learned to work around his quirks.  He has grown fond of his foster dad and will jump on the bed for a chance to lay down next to him.  Snickers loves his daily walk with his foster pack.  Though, his foster parents must be careful in public with him because he tends to be a runner and try to pull out of collar.  Through virtual adoption, you can help cover the ongoing costs of keeping him with a loving family that will continue to shower him with love and provide him with the security he needs.
